[Resolved]  Aircel — Special offer related issues

Hello on the 25th of the previous month, i had received a message containing an offer. Recharge with 7rupees and get tt of 7 and 10-30p/min rate cutter.
I discovered a couple of days ago, that even after the recharge was done, the offer was not functional anymore. I did not receive the 7 rupees balance, neither did the call charges were reduced. I am certain there has been a technical issue since the offer was activated later sometime (I received no message). Kindly look into the matter.
Yes the recharge was successful. The next recharge was done immediately after the first recharge and that offered a_a calls at 10p/min for 10 days. But the previous recharge was rendered invalid. A complicated issue here.
Resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As per system check, you recharged with RC-7 On 25/03/2017 at 20:15 benefit received "all call 25p/min for 56 Days Validity" instead of benefit "A2A 10p/min A2O 30p/min, and extra TT Rs 7 ".
Our team conveyed the same but as per your request, we have refunded Rs 7 to your account.
