Sir my aircel no [protected]. I don't know how this store 99 activated to my number. I never subscribed for any add on services. Still my account has been deducted like this. Pl refund the amount 99 already deducted which i have not opted for. Earlier in 2nd october 2015 video talkies were activated automatically and deducted rs15/- from my account. I use the option ' stop' to 155223 and that was deactivated. Now this was a huge amount. Pl ask the service provider to return back the amount which i was not opted for. Even i don't know what this store 99 meant for and what value added services it provided me. I am entitled the refund for neither i asked nor any service provided to me. Pl solve my complaint and yet i have not deactivated the store 99.
