Dear sir, I am using the aircel connection some years... And regularly paying all the bills., my connection no is [protected]. I lodges request on 31st march 2017 about my connection to disconnect, and i paid all my dues. After your people got disconnect the line on 3/4/2017. Then again they retained from 6/4/2017... I dint know the reason. I dint request on that. Then they are sending regular bills from april to till date.. Accumulated dues on rs. 557/-. This is not fair. (Every time repeatably i informed about my disconnection request on 31/3/2017) I dint use the connection from 1/4/2017.. Why i need to pay the bills.. Without my request how they retained my connection 6/4/2017. Need your help to sort out this issue. Every time they are threatening and sending legal notice about the payment due of rs. 557/- & i paid today... Kindly recover my money from this illegal company. Regards Prabhakaran. Hence disconnection requests not processed and bill charges generated as per the process.Further, the number [protected] has been permanently disconnected from our network on 24/05/2017 as per your request. Moreover, we have not received any payment from April to June (Apr-213, May-264, Jun-80).Hence, we request you to clear the outstanding amount of Rs.557/- to nullify your number.
