[Resolved] Aircel — Threatening/harassment calls from aircel | |
I have been receiving calls from Aircel forcing me to pay some balance amount of Rs.500 ( Approx.). A cancellation of my postpaid number was initiated paying all the outstanding amount via online on Sept 2016 and a copy of the acknowledgement was also sent to the customer executive for the termination of the same. I have been confirmed that the number will be terminated via call and after few months I m now been chased to pay some balance amount which I don't owe. I strongly feel there has been a Lethargic/Delayed action from Aircel which might have pushed the termination date thereby regenerating some amount. The number is now in "Invalid" format and I m not able to see the bill invoice when checked in the Online Portal. Unfortunately the call is landing to my mother's number ( Alternate one ) and she is been mentally harassed. Many times I asked for an explanation on the bill but in vain. They only wanted to payment to be done and today a lady called conveying the matter will be taken to court. I kindly request you to please take action against them.
