I have top up my aircel prepaid no[protected] on 25th sep 2017 for rs. 146. So the benefit of 1 gb data and rs. 50 talk time should have been added to my account. But till now it has not added to my account.
I raised a complaint on 25th sep morning itself through 121 (Docket no : 1-[protected]) and they said it will be resolved on 27th sep morning. But it did not.
When i called and checked they said the complaint is closed and the amount and data will be reflected in 24 hours.
But again it didn't added. Again when i called and asked they transferred the call to higher officer and he replied the problem will be solved in 36 hours.
But it did not till today morning, again when i called and checked they said wait for another 24 hours.
Please let me know when will i get my benefits for which i have paid a week ago.
