[Resolved] Aircel — Transaction unsuccessful

I used SBI internet banking facility, I recharged my mobile for Rs 40 .the amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not successful, Still i did not get any transaction message from aircel, there is no method for complaints for online recharges

We would like to inform you that, as per our records, we have not found any recharge of Rs40/- from your end on 19th April 10:45 AM. Hence, we recommend you to coordinate with the respective bank for the deducted amount so that needful can be done.
