[Resolved] Aircel — TWO TIME BALANCE CUTTED IN ONE WEEK | |||
To, General manager of Aircel I am vinayak vijay padwal from mumbai my contact number is [protected] I reacharged 100 rs in my account as on 08/09/2014 but second day 77 rs cutted in my account . After this matter I call to your customer care number he said that balance will refund within 3 days but not received till date . second time balance cutted as on 17/09/2014 Rs 77 But your gallery person said that your balnce cutted agains for Internt pack but i I am not activated any internet pack so why my balance cutted in my account pls replay me fast Another i will escalate to CEO & I will go to Consumer court vinayak padwal [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
