[Resolved] Aircel — Unable to deactivate data pack | |||||
Aircel — Couldn't stop auto renewal I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day (Rs.8) .Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for few days and hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my 100 rupees balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is worst.All nonsense and [censored] abt this company.No any good customer service. Refund my bal orelse port to other network. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Dec 27, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Lekha Chauhan, We have checked the account and found that you have activated pocket internet Rs.9 pack through the USSD mode on 3rd Dec’16 for which Rs.9 is being deducted daily which provides 30 MB 3G/2G limited data and post usage data will be charged at 10ps/10kb valid for one day. We would like to inform you that pack was already https://www.consumercomplaints.inaircel-unable-to-deactivate-data-pack-c1449031#deactivated based on your consent on 18th Dec’16 and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to pass any waiver in this regard.
