Aircel — unable to generate upc or port

I am unable to port my number i have been trying from last 2 weeks this is a very important number to me. Please understand it is very difficult for me to live without this number

I tried sending messages to 1900
Port [protected] but have not received any response yet. This is not at all acceptable. I need my number at any cost

Please generate the upc for this number
