Aircel — unable to get porting code due to network unavailable

My number is [protected]. But currently i don't have network. How i can get the unique porting code without sms. I need to change from aircel to airtel, currently i don't have network since last week. So i can't do bank transaction without otp. So please support for me to get the unique porting code. Eventhough i can't talk to my friends and family.
