[Resolved]  Aircel — unable to get unique porting code (upc)

My mobile number is non-operational, since aircel has stopped operations in about 6 circles in maharashtra. I am trying to port the number and the guidelines given for porting is to obtain a upc code by sending a sms to 1900 from the mobile number which requires porting.

However, i am getting an error message when i send the upc request through sms to 1900. Please refer my mobile details below and provide me the upc code at the earliest.

My husband's number has been disconnected without any notification today evening. No response from your customer care executive. He is a high court lawyer and he needs access ASAP. But no cooperation from the service team. Number is [protected]. Even after having poor network the service remains very bad
