Aircel — unable to port my number [protected] | |||
I've been trying to port my aircel number [protected] for a couple of weeks but everytime i send the port message to 1900 it says "unable to send message". I also filed a complaint against it but in response i got "we haven't found any such request in our logs". How would you find it in your log if the message is not sending at all. The reception is very poor that's why i urgently need to port my number. Please resolve it asap. I tried to contact the costumer care but had no luck as the cc person himself doesn't seem to know anything. I am adding photo of the error occurred. Was this information helpful? | |||
