Aircel — unable to port out from aircel to other network

I have trying to port from aircel to other network for the past ten days.. I have sending the messages to 1900 in described format many times.. Still now i didn't receive any upc code.. Please help me out.. And even i couldn't able to connect with the customer care service.. I am left with no options to resolve this issue.. Please reply me with a solution as soon as possible..

The complaint is not yet resolved.. And as of now there is no network too.. Please help me out..
