[Resolved]  Aircel — unable to receive porting code to [protected]

I'm Pavan, trying to port my number [protected] from very long time but following are my issues which are not letting me use this number.

- As soon as I recharge some amount, everything will get deducted because of few services which you have activated without my knowledge

- kept it unused \ not recharged for long time for above reason and only using for incoming calls

- tried sending port SMS long back for which money deducted but did not receive SMS with unique number but received some error for long time

- I tried it again a day before yesterday thrice but have received Aircel is not stopping it's services in Hyderabad SMS thrice and no porting unique code again

Will I get the code or do I need to take it to complaints forum online?

[protected] is registered on my father's name i.e., Narsing Rao Kothlapur.

I got a response that the number is not in there records even after me recharging the number and sending port SMS. Also I have got multiple OTP pins for unknowns services. Now I doubt they gave same number to other user. So after receiving email from Aircel, I again tried for port number request, they again sent Aircel is not going to close services SMS in place of port number.

Even after recharging the number, Aircel is unable to track the number in there database it seems. Want money but not the customer 😲 nice!!!

Now you guys have disconnected the number completely. What kind of joke it is????
You do what ever you want to and we have to listen to it?

The number is registered on my dad Id. He is out of station how can I get it resolved? And need location of Aircel office in Hyderabad.
One in retiboli closed.

I[censored]nable to run services properly sell it to other network and leave us. Don't waste our time and money...
