I am residing in chennai. I have been trying to change my mobile no from aircel to some other service provider. At present am unable to send or receive any message from my aircel no. My aircel no is[protected]. I am unable to send any port message to 1900 and there is no tower coverage at all. Kindly help me in sorting this issue at the earliest.
