[Resolved] Aircel — unable to use p.f balance | |
I did recharge of rs.19 through aircel app, I got the following message: Txn no. Kar[protected] to recharge mrp 19 is successful. Tt= 0 inr, new balance 1.20 inr, p. F 16.10 inr, gst 2.90. When i check my balance it's showing nill and am unable to make calls or send msgs. Kindly resolve the issue or else refund the amount.
