We have checked your concern and would like to inform that an amount of Rs.99/- was charged towards a VAS pack MASCUB1 activated through WAP with consent id on 13/6/2016, the pack was deactivated today. Reversals not possible, as the you had not complained about the VAS charges within the stipulated time of 24hrs.
