dear concern,
the above said is not acceptable, if i have given request why should i make a complaint?? so u mean to tell that customer doesn't know to use mobile or your aircel connection for your information iam with aircel from 2010, why sudden for last two month all these issues are arising and for your information its not 100 rs/- am charged for 346rs. why should i pay if iam not used the service???
i have called customer care and cancel all my vat and deactivate it and they said they have done and give request number but again this month bill i was added with extra 346 rs. which shows how ur customer executives work. kindly give explanation for this.
