[Resolved]  Aircel — Unauthorized subscription was done

It has been more than 10+ times...whenever i recharge after a day, they started to deduct money for some subscription which i have not subscribed...they are very clever...when i have balance for 100rs they will cut 50rs...if i maintain balance for 50rs they will cut 35 rs...so i started maintain balance 10rs and they are cutting 7 rs..it is so pathetic that such a big company stealing money from people ...my phone number is [protected]...please refund my deducted money and pls block all unwanted subscriptions ...if it is going to continue means ..i am planning to use number portability and change network once and for all.

Dear Aswin,

We would like to inform you that we verified your account and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 3/4/2016 & 9/4/2016. The packs are NDSL45 & NAMKN35. Hence amount of Rs.21 & 20 has been charged for same. Hence charges are authentic.

First of all you should inform the customer before deducting the money not after...can u just block my number from all vas from future as well..I used to browse in phone..and lots of ad opening.. From there u guys are activating vas ..once again I am tell you ..block my number from all vas..I don't need any vas at all in future... If one more time u guys deducted my money for any vas...I will change my network.. And will make family members as well...
