Aircel — unique code not received

Dear sir, y. Day (20.02.2018) evening i send a sms to 1900 for port my aircel number to airtel. But till now unique portable code not received and aircel network coverage also dead in my mobile, so what is next process. If there is any another option for port my same number to other network, plz tell because aircel network totally out in my mobile, so urgent plz
