Aircel — Unknown Balance Deductions

Dear Sir, My Aircel No. is [protected]. I had recharged my account with Rs.55 on 29/6/2015. On 3/7/15, Rs. 25 has deducted from my A/c. Again Rs.5 was deducted on 5/7/15 and 6/7/15.When i called the customer helpline number they said it was due to subscription of Pocket Store which actually I haven't subscribed. NO vas services has been activated by me. I want clarification on this. If I haven't subscribed anything then why should u deduct from my account balance? This type o[censored]nknown deduction has also happened earlier a month ago. Please return my account balance which has been deducted. Thank you

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 03rdJul, 2015 & 06th Jul2015 a content “VPACK & ANIMATION" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
