Aircel — Unlawful deduction of data and talktime balance | |||||
I am using my aircel number for over an year but from last few weeks i am suffering from unlawful deduction of data from my data balance everytime when i use to put on my data in my phone for a few seconds i was charged with mbs of data like 10-15 mb which seems to be ridiculous how can a 2g plan consume this much data in such a short time i mean to say if it goes at this rate then a 100 mb pack would only last for few minutes. And the worst part is whenever i use to call 198 i waste minutes listening to the computer but didn't get a chance or option from where i could connect to the customer care executive and tell the exact issue.
