[Resolved] Aircel — Unnecessarily subscribed to bollywood weekly need a refund | |||
I was subscribed to Bollywood weekly of 15Rs unnecessarily and I had called the same day the customer care and he unsubscribed me and said that he will process the refund in one day but no refund was made. Today I called the customer care they tell me I won't get a refund although I never subscribed to the pack and I did call the customer care within 24hrs of subscription.
