Aircel — Unnecessary billing without using

I am using my phone number from last 7 years and after that i got a new number as a jodi plan 4 years back and from last year i m fred up with aircel feedbacks and aircel services fake commetments from aircel and after commetment they are not able to fullfill them but still i am tollerating the sevices and when i got the 3g plan from aircel with rental of 599 its not working at all for 2 months i havn't use the services of 3g but instead i pay the amount without using 3g and i made several time complaints but all the time they said that we only inform you on billing cycle date and i make my mind for convert my number to prepaid but when i visited to aircel store but the store in faridabad refused that aircel is not converting the phone numbers to prepaid and even i made a complaint for that as well but nothing happend than i made a request for port but i received a phone from air cel and they commet to me that sir we r trying to work ur 3g and we convert your plan in to 299 rental with 1200 minutes and they said that sir because you paid 2 months of rental for 3g without using 3g so sir we give you 3g unlimited for 3 months but these r fake commetments when i call to 1212 aircel and my rental convert in to 299 and i paid altready 1200 rs with 300 advance and after converting in to 299 rental with advance adjusments so the bill was 316 and i have to pay till 4 of november with 299 rental with 2 g free and 50 % discount on rental of 299 but till 28 october my outgoing was bard and my bill generation date was 18 th to 19 th of each month and they said my outstanding was 1200 even the bill of 316 i have to pay till 4 nov and i have 299 rental with 50% off and i have no use of std and even i uses wiffi of mine and i made a request for to knowing how it will be possible that without using my bill reached to 1200 in a week and aircel executive refused to telll me how it reached to 1200 in a week and they said we will able to tell you on 19 th of november of your billing cycle and i am shoked and furstated how it will possible i register a complaint with this no - 1-[protected] and ur executive comment me that sir u surely got a call from aiccel but please pay the amount of 850 to active your outgoing and we revert your amount after knowing your concern and i payed the amount and after 3 days my outgoing again bard and this time credit limit again crossed and in 3 days my outstanding reached 1174 rs again with 299 rental of 50% discount and 2g free still this time i gonna mad about aircel mistakes how much i time i will have to make without using payment in thousands of rupees but this time i make a compaint again and your aircel executive refused that sir we r not able to tell you before 19 november so this time i am completely furstrated and i think i have to go to consumer forum this time for justice

We regret the inconvenience cause to you. We would like to inform you that the number is barred on 4th November 2015 due to CL exceed (Credit limit exceed). The credit limit is Rs.1142 /- and the outstanding amount is in advance Rs.534 /- and unbilled amount in 1783 if you wants to unbar the service then please pay reaming balance Rs.1249/- . No wrong deduction has been found from your account. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
