[Resolved] Aircel — Unnecessary calls and Legal notice even when i have disconnected the number | |||||
Hello I am Amit Mahendru. I uses to have AirCel number [protected] when i was in chennai. I have shifted to a new city in February and hence i cleared my amount of January and sent a mail for disconnection of my number. Still since last 2 months i have been receiving calls to oay the amount for month of March and April even though i have not used that number since January. I have told the customer care many times that i have disconnected the number but still no measures were taken. I have the receipts and mail proofs as well. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support May 17, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Amitmahendru, We would like to inform you that we have checked your concern and found there is a disconnection request given on 29/3/2017. Also, we have checked the last 4 invoices of 5/2/2017, 5/3/2017, 5/4/2017 & 5/5/2017. There are usages in the two invoices of 5/2/2017 & 5/3/2017, hence you need to clear the bill amount of Rs.363/- pending against the two invoices. There are no usages in the next two invoices which can be nullified once the pending outstanding of Rs.363/- is cleared from your end. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team | |||||
