Aircel — Unnecessary money deducted | |||
Hello I have activated data plan with more than a gb data left. But today when I used Internet it got disconnected after some time. And what happened next was shocking..! A summary came of my net usage of that session... It showed that all my money in my main balance was deducted for using Internet...! But wait I was surfing Internet on prepaid data plan whoose expiry was 28 may and the today's date is 10 may moreover I have enough data left as per the last summary I got the previous day! So now tell me why in this world one presume that money would get deducted for surfing Internet from his main balance even when there's active data plan... So now because of glitch in Aircel's system all my money got deducted for using Internet even when there was active data plan! So I raised a complaint and the customer care representative assured me that my money will be refunded as the glitch was from Aircel's side. But few hours ago I received a message stating that my issue is resolved but I didn't got any money back! Message which I received : "Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 10/5/h.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre." so Aircel it's my humble request from you to refund all money that got deducted!
