Hi, I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past month i have been charged 21/per 10 days for my sim"[protected]" and today i received a message that i will be charged for next 10 days also. I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be repayed to my account. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Jul 21, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer(vikkicrazy), We would like to inform you that there is a balance deduction (on 20/07/2017) of Rs 21 for VAS (LARIMI service) which was activated on 10/2017/2017 via IVR mode (with your due consent) on your Aircel number. Therefore, the charges are found to be correct and we regret that no waiver is applicable for the same.
