Aircel — Unwanted Balance deduction and Nonsensical behaviour of the Customer Service

I hope this mail is read I have an Aircel No- [protected] which i had done MNP and had joined Aircel from Reliance. But since the last 1 week, my balance is cut unnecessarily.I have checked my VAS activation by dialing 155223 which says i have no such services active. I get a message " Your ORIRS1 renewal has failed due to Insufficient balance. Please top up today for your ORIRS1 to be successfully renewed to enjoy the service on your Mobile" . I have tried to call the 198 service like 50 -60 times but every time it keeps me in hold and then disconnects. Is this the service provided by Aircel to all its MNP users. I have low balance due to your service now, and i cant even recharge as it will activate the useless service. I think its really useless if my issues are not solved and since the customer service is not responding from the last 4days. Feel like my time was/is beeing wasted uselessly by the company. Who else will give so much time to hold and wait for your Crews to respond my call. Hoping to get an response to this mail and a refund of the money which wasted on such useless service and also the deactivation of it.

Thanks and yes i want the update about my balance deduction and also a clear notification that the service has been stopped either through sms or call, so that i can recharge by number and continue to use it without any hesitation as soon as possible.

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 10th July 2015 a content “VPACK" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.25/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we are process Rs 25 waiver as goodwill gesture & it's reflect to you within 24 hours.

I want all the services to be deactivated. I dont want to have any VAS or any service. Do confirm it to me with a call or sms.
