My phone no: [protected] & You informed that my UPC code is “DK18284 and it will expire on[protected].. But the retailer says the Upc code is wrong ! what can I do? then on 6/5/2016 again i sms to 1900 to generate upc code there is no reply ! is it your responsibility to the customer ?

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. To deactivate any VAS service, you can just type STOP and send it to 155223 OR you can call on our toll-free number 155223.
