Aircel — Unwanted Subscription - Balance deduction | |||
Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. Yesterday, I faced same issue..customer care executive told will give you refund by today evevning. But still I didn't get? What should I do? Should I give mercy to myself..because now I am fed up. Was this information helpful? | |||

Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.
