[Resolved] Aircel — Unwanted subscriptions and charging for the subscriptions

To my knowledge I have never subscribed to any of the additional services provided by Aircel. But the service provider without intimating to me themselves had subscribed my account to "Music Connect" for which I am charged Rupees 30 extra per month.

Also the same incident was happened to my Grandfather who is holding Aircel mobile account. Some of the people uses the phone only to make and receive the calls(voice) and I feel they take advantage over such people who will not have any idea how their balance is getting detected.

This kind of incidents by this service provider highly disappoints.

We have verified your account details and found that an amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted towards the usage of various services activated through WAP using the internet from your handset. Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing the internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.
