Aircel — Unwanted Value added service subscriptions

Dear Sir, I have been using Aircel services for the past several years and I have even migrated my company accounts to Aircel service. However, in the last few days, I have been extremely disturbed and irritated with Aircel service as I received notifications that Value added services like Glam Diva, Tiny TV, Video talkies have automatically got enabled without my knowledge and the amount has been debited from my account. I neither asked nor subscribed to any of these services. I am also shocked to find out that my requests via SMS to stop these services are also being charged. This is very unprofessional and unbecoming of an institution like Aircel. I never expected a company of Aircel's reputation to resort to such cheap marketing tactics to boost revenues. If these VAS related subscriptions are nor not stopped and if my amount is not refunded, I will have no option but to stop using your services. I will also take this issue to various consumer forums until my grievances are redressed. Please do the needful at the earliest.
