Aircel — unwarranted deduction from balance

Mobile connection no- [protected] Dear Sir, I am subscriber of above mentioned mobile connection. Aircel has deducted two times Rs 30/- each on account of value added subscription which were never subscribed by me. I have called at 198 on 31st May, June 03 and June 04 to the Company. on 31ST May I was informed that there is technical problem and advised to call at 155223 and money will be refunded within 24 hours and we have done the same but no refund received. I have noticed again on 02/06/2015 that balance has been deducted again. I called the company they again told there is technical problem and advised to call in morning. I called twice today in the morning but persons in their office were not ready to listen me and refused to give credit. they have refused to give proof of my subscription application and to check telephonic conversation on 31/05/2015. This is the case of harassment of customer. Please look into the matter and direct the concerned office to give credit the balance so deducted and warn them for future mistake.
