[Resolved] Aircel Up East — Activation of vas services without customer approval | |||
My aircel up east mo no is [protected]. On 22 aug 16 at 2148 hr aircel has activated a pack of internet without my permission. However when i spoken to customer care they told that i have received a call by aircel at that time and pack has activated by that only. While neither i received nor make any cal or code. I have all record of msg as well as cal. Also i have recording of conversation with customer care. This is regular problem of aircel for activation of pack with customer permission. Verified Support Aug 24, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear anoopbajpai, We would like to inform that there is a balance deduction on 22/08/2016 of Rs 9/- for ‘’PI 9” service pack which was activated on 22/08/2016 via USSD mode from your end on your Aircel number, and this is auto renewal service which is renewed till 23/08/2016 due to which amount deducted. Therefore, charges are correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Further, we would like to inform that if you wish to deactivate the same service dial *121*902# from your Aircel number.
