Aircel — upc code not appearing

Aircel is so smart that it doesn’t want its customers to simply go away without getting cancer.
I was facing network issues since 3months on my aircel and i finally thought to do mobile portability. I looked up for the procedure online and found that you’ll send to sms port to 1900 after which i should get a upc code. Which aircel is not giving. I’ve tried it 10times. Without that upc i will not be able to change the network. It’s very difficult now to take new different sim and gave the details with everyone.
