I beg to respect your honour that i am gaurav rajabhau sanket my mobile no [protected] my aircel no not having network and no aircel point in aurangabad maharashtra i wanted to port from aircel to other operator bcoz aircel is disconnected in maharashtra how can i get the upc code of my no and i am very fustrated no is very important bcoz my bank account, aadhar card..
