Aircel — upc code not received even after sending port message multiple times

It has been 4 days since i first sent a port message to 1900. I am yet to receive the upc code. I have sent the message several times later too, still no response. Can this be please acted upon quick. I have registered or provided this number in almost every work and business related entities. I need the number restored asap as it is crucial for me. I have already been without network for 4-5 days. I am not sure what all calls and messages have been lost. Atleast give us back some confidence that upc code will be sent in this much time, so that we can feel atleast a bit hopeful
