[Resolved] Aircel — UPC code/MNP

I am trying to do generate upc code for MNP from last 3 days it is not generating and no one is helping for the same. I called 3-4 times to customer care said system issue... TRAI issue. Trying to send msg on 1900 from my no. Showing failed. Also could not able to find aircel gallery in my area. Please do the needful.
