Dear sir/madam,
At present due to some unavoidable circumstances i have to port my mobile numbers from aircel to other network providers; for this reason i had sent prot request from my mobile numbers, primarily i didn't received any upc (Unique porting code). So it took me to sent port request several time.
On 27/02/2018 i received upc for my three mobile numbers from aircel. I went to my operator and started porting but surprisingly, i got a message from the other network provider that - "your porting request xxx123445 dated 27feb18 has been rejected by your current operator due to the porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code for this number"
My query is why this is happening? Are the aircel team is joking with me? Isn't it your duty to provide correct upc? Is aircel trying to retain a customer by using such fraudulent activities? Is it your policy to harass a customer? Also as per trai regulation a service provider cannot retain his customer forcefully.
So, it is my heartiest request please provide me correct upc or solve the problem as stated above as soon as possible, i am providing my mobile numbers and respective upcs for your kind perusal, again it is my utmost request to provide correct upcs or take necessary action.
My mobile numbers and upcs are as follows.
A. 727xxxxxx7 - dk355851
B. 801xxxxx56 - dk356227
C. 801xxxxxx9 - dk357392.
