[Resolved] Aircel — Verification of application of new SIM No [protected]

I purchased a new Aircel sim no. [protected] on 11.08.2015 from a local retailer at IA Market Salt Lake Kolkata. On 15.08.2015 at 10:30 AM I contacted on 59059 for verification. I read out all my information from document ( Voter Card) I submitted. But due to data entry mistake at COMPANY's end I was told that my information was mismatched with their system. I told them to match with the hard copy of document submitted by me. But Company's personnel did not do so & told me that my sim has been blocked: though I am not responsible in any way for the situation. Further they did not return my documents ( copy of Voter Card & Photo) till date & I am afraid that those things may be used for procuring sim in my name. I request you to take immediate action so that a senior citizen like me is not harassed unnecessarily. SUBHASH CHATTERJEE Mob No [protected] (Aircel)
