[Resolved] Aircel — Very Very Poor Net services- jus gives 0.2kbps speed. | |||
The aircel's net services has become very poor. Till march 2015 i used to get around 10kbps speed on 2G. But in june i only get around 0.2 kbps speed. Called d complaint helpline. They picked d phone asked me my balance and after finding dat i had sufficient balance simply cut the phone. I have tried calling 20-25 times since then in d period of 5 days. They simply dont respond saying that they are experiencing heavy traffic. Now thats pretty ugly business tactic and a [censored]ty complaint helpline. My Phone no. is [protected].
