[Resolved]  Aircel — Without customer notice unwanted activation of cricket

Respected, Sir/Madam I am new cutomer to aircel gsm sim of hyderabad circle my number is [protected].@ 1:38:03(Pm) afternoon. I got the sms saying Cricket alerts pack have been activated on my number and they charge me Rs.30/-. However i have never requested for any of such service. Without my acceptance of offer they activated this pack on my number and debited my balance.Please look into the details and make my amount to be debited to balance back as, at previous times also they had charged of Rs 7/- without the my acknowledgment, i have never make any request for cricket alert pack or any other pack to aircel... hope be waiting for ur (AIRCEL) honest reply...

Kindly note that VAS service Cricket Monthly pack has been activated from your end through outbound call and hence was charged Rs30 for the same.

Kindly note that an amount of Rs30 has been credited to your account as one time good will gesture on 25th Mar '15 and the service has been deactivated.
