[Resolved] Aircel — worst customer care - network issue | |
I raised a request on nov 4 to aircel for network portability. Aircel informed me they will release my no by 16 nov but before 16th nov they cancelled the request. Again on 17th nov i raised a request i got same porting code which i got during nov 4, aircel closed my request on 21 nov by saying porting code expired on 20 nov. Again i raised request on 22 nov with new porting code they cancelled my request saying porting code mismatch and saying old porting code is generated from their side. They are saying expired porting code. I had network issue with aircel they are not resolving that too. Aircel customer care poor, cheating. Was this information helpful? | |
