[Resolved]  Aircel — worst customer services & staff behaviour (very hurt)

Dear sirs,
Good morning... My self deepan chakravarthi. M from salem of tamilnadu.. My conceren is about aircell network... This is very worst customer services. (Eg-salem aircell headoffice four roads staffs very very worst behavier.)

My number is [protected] (6 time mnp apply... But aircell stoped my transfer due to balances payment) but my account balances is negative valeu. (Ge bill amount 500rs but am paid 800rs.. When iss went to aircell office ask to my status.. Worst respon answer replid from aircell store...

Note: i am also corparat employee.. As quality manager... I have more than 10000laks customer profile... Aircell loos very huge customer profile... The same process contionue means very quickly loos very large customer data base...

My question to aircell team
1) when return my refun amount for deposit amount...
2) excess payment also am paid... That amount when return...
3) very very disappointment for aircell (Four roads team)
