[Resolved]  Aircel — worst in all the way

I have 2 postpaid numbers in aircel. I don't want to continue with with postpaid anymore. So i went to aircel office and paid the balance amount to my both numbers.

They convinced me get low rated plan which will cost less that 80rs per month. I really don't want post paid anymore. I told them so many times. But that people don't want to hear what i said. They just need money. Nearly 1.30hrs of struggle, finally i failed. I accepted the low priced plan. This is what they want. They told it will take 15 days to change. I really don't understand why these 1 minute work taking them 15 days.in this 15 days another bill has been generated for old plan. I thought it's generated because the due date for 15 days not yet completed. I paid for that bill too. After 1 month another bill has been generated for older plan. I am sure now the 15 days due completed and i thought the plan will be changed. But it's not. When i ask the people in aircel office, they told there is no plan as you told. I really shocked. Last month these people only told to me take this plan. I got irritated and ask them angerly. They told there was a plan like like this. But it was discontinued 4 months before. I just shocked that why these people doing like this. I just argued with them and told i don't need postpaid, but i need these numbers. So i asked them to convert prepaid now.
They told it will be converted to prepaid in 15days. After 15days i thought it will be prepaid now. But those aircel people did very worst thing. It was not converted to prepaid. Another bill has been generated for older plan. I really get more anger and through both sim to dustbin. From that time i am getting nearly 30 messages by remaindering to pay my bill for both numbers. I really don't have energy to fight with them. I didn't respond anything. For next 2 months they keep generating new bills. After 3 months they started making calls from customer care. They speak very rude way. Now 4 months gone. They started using bad words.
They really want my money. But how many times i need to pay them. Still getting payment reminding sms and now additionally they told, they are taking legal action on me. What kind of country i am living. Who is going to stop them. What is the assurance that they will not make me trouble even i paid again.

They simply told the problem is resolved. But it was just an eye wash. They just started their stupid activity again after 10 days. Now keep sending sms like they going to file case on me. I need to go court like so... Getting nearly 6 messages daily. They just keep their mouth shut until they changed this complaint is resolved. But it's really not. I AM GETTING MORE AND MORE IRRITATED WHENEVER I AM RECEIVING THEIR SMS

You treat people like your boss when they are going to take postpaid plan. But if they want to quit from postpaid plan, you treat them like an international criminal and you just used such a worst bad words on call. You don't care weather there are female on other side. You just speak in rude and use very very worst bad words to them. Because you need that fuxxxxg money. Is this the you treat your customer.

couple of days before a person called from your customer care. His name is manoj kumar or mohan kumar. I don't remember. His number is [protected]. Ask him how he speak to your customer. Not only this person. Mostly all your customer care people speak in this way only.

I just want to suggest to everyone now, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GET POSTPAID WITH AIRCEL.

This complaint is not yet resolved. You people keep sending sms like they are going to file a case on me and I need to go court. Every day I get nearly 6 messages like this. If you want to file a case, then just do that. I don't mind. They only I can reveal the real face about Aircel to more people.

I REALLY GET MORE AND MORE IRRITATED WHENEVER I AM SEEING YOUR MESSAGES. JUST STOP THIS FXXXX ACT FROM YOUR END.
