I bought the same plan too.
In the first month's 2G plan(after 3G use), it was giving speed approx. 125-135kbps.
Now in the second month's 2G plan(after 3G use), it was no more than 20-22kbps.
And my 3g should have started today, but the speed's still same ie. 20-22kbps.
Please help!
