Aircel — Wrong bill amount fraud | |||
My name is umesh sharma my mob no. is [protected] I had changed my aircel no. from prepaid to postpaid on 19 june 2016, because they offered me a better plan of rs. 225. But when they make my no. postpaid. They automatically start the plan of rs. 349. After that i call service center and they had completely changed that they are not gonna give such a plan in 225 and then i ask them for change my no. to prepaid. they said its not been changed before 3 months. Then i ask them to please subscribe me to cheapest plan. Then they activate plan of rs. 99. Then i say ok. But now the company sends me the bill of rs. 673. I just got shocked that what does it mean. Then now i call customer care they are saying that u have to pay this. Ir even if i subscribed to 349 then also i have not got that amount. They are just freaking. Complete fraud Aircel bad postpaid.
