[Resolved] Aircel — Wrong bill - Automatic activation of VAS and added to bill | |||
Hi, I have been using aircel postpaid. My mobile number is [protected]. I have got bill of rs.520 for using VAS service. But I haven’t used anything. I have talken to customer care, mailed to [protected]@aircel.co.in, but no response. First they told, the amount wont reflect in bill, but now it is generated and outgoing facility blocked. Even 198 can’t be dialed. I have been quarrelling with you people since 15 days regarding this but none of you are ready to fix it. Let me know whether you can fix this issue or not.
