[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong bill generated

Hi this is my number [protected], i am using aircel from past 5 years, converted to postpaid 1 year back. Today i received a bill information which says my outstanding bill is 11642.00, my credit balance is 1500 and just three days back i checked my balance which was 264 on[protected], now suddenly they gave me a bill of 11642.00rs with a shock and again they changed the amount 11653.034...This is huge fraud from aircel! How can they charge that much when my credit limit is 1500...There must be some fault in your billing system or your cheating the customers...
Look into my bill matter, i may have to move consumer court if not...

hi there, today i received my bill copy which says GPRS bill is 11371.91rs, which is shock to me...i have been complaining to aircel regarding bad network in our area, no signals, no net connectivity from past 8 months...but never tried to resolve network issue...i am using 2G network..so there is no chance o[censored]sing that much internet in mobile..even if want to use, there is very bad net connectivity issue in our area...so how can i get charged...there must be some mistake in billing or you must cheating me...when i have credit limit of 1500rs..i cant use more than that...THERE MUST BE SOME MISTAKE HAPPENDS..TRY TO RESOLVE IT OR ELSE i may have to move the matter to consumer court

Even i have disabled rs 98 pack for internet due very bad connectivity..so how i use that much internet...please check faults from ur side in my bill
