hi there, today i received my bill copy which says GPRS bill is 11371.91rs, which is shock to me...i have been complaining to aircel regarding bad network in our area, no signals, no net connectivity from past 8 months...but never tried to resolve network issue...i am using 2G network..so there is no chance o[censored]sing that much internet in mobile..even if want to use, there is very bad net connectivity issue in our area...so how can i get charged...there must be some mistake in billing or you must cheating me...when i have credit limit of 1500rs..i cant use more than that...THERE MUST BE SOME MISTAKE HAPPENDS..TRY TO RESOLVE IT OR ELSE i may have to move the matter to consumer court
Even i have disabled rs 98 pack for internet due very bad connectivity..so how i use that much internet...please check faults from ur side in my bill
