Sir, My name is Divya. I am using Aircel no [protected] and aircel is frequently deduct balance of Rs 10 from my account. From the past 2 months, balance of Rs 300 was deducted from my account. Balance is deducted in the name of aircel services which i didn't used. Customer care is also not responding. I am complaining usually when the is being deducted from my account but till now i am not satisfied with the customer services.I'll be happy if you positively look into the matter resolved the same as soon as possible.
